Session Fees
The cost of an individual clinical psychology session ranges between $230 - $250. This is payable at the time of your appointment.  This is lower than the fee recommended by the Australian Psychological Society, which is $300.
Our practice accepts cash payments and offers Eftpos, Medicare Easyclaim and HiCAPs services for payments.
We do not bulk bill clients.​

Out of Hours Appointments / Premium Appointments
Our normal operating hours are 9 am to 5 pm, however we offer appointments at either 8 am or 5 pm for those who have difficulty making appointments during business hours.  The availability of these appointments is limited and the cost of these premium appointments is $320.00.

Rebates and Gap Payments
Clients referred by a General Practitioner under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) can claim a rebate of $136.35 from Medicare.  If you are attending utilising your private health fund, the rebate will vary according to your individual health fund.  Alternatively, sessions can be attended and funded privately.

Late Cancellation or Non-Attendance
Last minute cancellations limit our ability to service clients on our wait-list, so please ensure that you provide us at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment.  All appointments cancelled within 24 hours from the time of the appointment will incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee.  Non-attendance of a scheduled appointment without prior notice will incur a fee equivalent to the full session fee.  Late cancellation and non-attendance fees are payable prior to the next appointment.
